Lily began her career in financial planning and analysis before becoming CFO at HPEF Capital Partners Limited, a leading Pan-Asian private equity firm. She led the finance team to manage all financial, reporting and corporate secretarial matters for the firm and managed funds. As a member of the management committee, she was involved in devising the governance to ensure regulatory requirements were met. Lily received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and an MBA from London Business School. She is a CFA charterholder and U.S. CPA certificate holder.
