Ivy brings extensive experience from leading private equity firms across global markets. Most recently, Ivy was with Advent International, a leading global private equity firm managing over $100bn in assets, where she successfully closed investments across buyout and growth opportunities in Asia. Prior to Advent International, Ivy worked at Audax Private Equity, a top-tier U.S. middle market private equity firm. Ivy began her career as a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon. Ivy received a dual B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Chicago.
